Refund Policy

At HeavenBasket, we truly value our customers and want every gift delivery to bring happiness, not frustration. While we take every measure to prepare and deliver your order perfectly, we understand that unforeseen issues can occur. That’s why we have a clear and simple refund and replacement policy.

You may request a refund or replacement if you receive the wrong product, if your gift arrives damaged, or if your order is not delivered on the selected date due to our error. However, since most of our products are perishable, such as flowers and cakes, we cannot issue refunds once these items have been delivered unless they arrive in a damaged condition.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please share your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it quickly. Once approved, refunds are processed within three to five business days and issued through the same payment method you used — Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

You may cancel your order within two hours of placing it, as we begin preparing gifts immediately after confirmation. After that period, cancellations may not be possible. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for incorrect delivery details, unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery, or a change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
